This open concept 1997 Commodore/Indigo trailer measures 12 x 40 Ft with a 10 x 30 add a room with a gas fireplace. Features a large bedroom with plenty of built in storage, a 3 piece bathroom with a walk in shower. It has a 8 x 12 Ft shed with work bench, an 8 x 22 Ft large deck as well as a 4 x 10 Ft front porch. The shingled roof was replaced in 2014. All windows are double pane.
